Security Savings and Credit Cooperative Village
- May 2011 to Present
186 hectares of raw land will be developed into an affordable housing subdivision encompassing 14,702 single detached and single attached house and lot units. A house and lot package is priced at roughly US$20,238.09, or PhP 850,000.00 The front lot segments of the subdivision will be used for commercial use, and a certain portion of the land has also been set aside for the development of a school. The project site is located in Davao City in Davao Region. This project is currently in the pre-selling stage.
San Mateo Village

This development is also an affordable housing subdivision. It spans 11.6 hectares, and once finished, will have a total of 1,431 townhomes. Each house and lot package is priced at approximately US$28,571.42 or PhP1,200,000.00. The project site is located in San Mateo, Rizal, directly adjacent to Metro Manila, and is only 20-30 minutes away from major business centers in the capital.
- July 2011 to Present
This project is currently in the planning and design stage. The HillCrest will be a two-building 18-storey condominium complex located in Valenzuela City in Metro Manila. The site is located just 5 minutes away from the Malinta toll gate of the North Luzon Expressway. The whole complex will be built on 2,833.6 square meters of land, and will house 1,170 units. Each unit will span only 15 square meters, will be fully-furnished, and will be priced at roughly US$35,714.28 or PhP1,500,000.00.
Mt. Airy Townhomes
- March 2011 to Present
This project entails a block of 10 townhomes. Each townhouse will have three floors and will have a parking garage for one car. This project is located in Marikina City in Metro Manila, and is close to the Marikina City Hall, the Farmer's Market, and the Marikina City Sports Complex. Each unit is priced at PhP3,000,000.00 or US$71,428.57.
