We began serving as human resource and organizational development directors for our family-owned corporation, Hi-Cool Engineering Corporation, in August of 1993 after Reginaldo's completion of a Diploma in Human Resource Development Program in Ateneo de Manila University. Since then we have facilitated customer service training programs for Hi-Cool executives and staff, conference and workshop planning forums for non-profit organizations, and leadership training for leaders of various church and para-church organizations. At present one of our goals is to facilitate personal financial leadership and management forums for small groups in a workshop format for a cumulative total of 150 participants.
Reginaldo sees a bright future in the field of talent management, i.e. if each individual can be made aware of the talents, knowledge and skill which taken together would constitute his or her strength, then this strength wisely used will result in higher standards of performance and productivity for the individual and the organizational communities they are serving.
Reginaldo, guided by his mentors, also believes in helping develop the human resource development practitioner as a strategic manager and so he wants to share his learnings about values clarification, developing mission and defining vision, strategic planning, goal setting, and building strengths-based organizations as framed by the writings, work and research findings of Ken Blanchard, John Kotter and Marcus Buckingham.
